Saturday’s announcement by Prime Minister Boris Johnson that a second nation-wide lockdown will come into effect on Thursday (5th November), will unfortunately mean the closure of all White Feather holiday homes located in England until the beginning of December.

While we regret the difficulties and disruption this will cause, we respect all measures necessary to stop the spread of coronavirus.

During this second lockdown we will continue as we have done throughout the year, to work closely in support of holiday let owners across Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire.

We appreciate that this is a difficult time for small businesses reliant on the tourism industry – like holiday let owners – so we remain available at all times to offer help and guidance via the phone or email.

White Feather Management’s tailored support services offer marketing and guest communications assistance, rest-bite cover for property owners in need of a break, full management, deep cleaning services and more as we aim to see all properties come out of lockdown stronger than ever.

All guests impacted by the announcement are being contacted directly, and we ask all prospective bookers where possible to first consider changing the date of their holiday, rather than cancelling their stay altogether.

We also look forward to welcoming guests travelling from Wales back into our Monmouthshire holiday properties from 9th November following the end of the Welsh firebreak lockdown.
