Long Term Full Management Service
Perfect if you do not live in the area, or perhaps you do, but do not have enough time to be involved in the day-to-day running of your holiday let property. We can manage your property for you.
Temporary Holiday and Absence Cover
It’s wonderful that your guests get a great holiday with you but what about when you need a break to switch off?
We can help you be the guest this time!
Our housekeeping service is a thorough professional holiday let clean, completed with presentation to perfection so the property is ready for your guests to arrive and have a wonderful experience.

This full management service package is perfect if you do not live in the area and need peace of mind that your property is being taken care of to the highest standard on your behalf.
Or you simply do not have enough time, or perhaps plan to go off travelling and still have your holiday rental business earning you an income.
Is your holiday rental property on site at your family home? We can help you create a distance between home life and business. A great way to avoid guests knocking on your door at all hours!
White Feather Management will run your holiday let business exactly as you want. We can take full control, as if your property were one of our own.
Fee: 14% of rental income (After Agent Fees)
