On the verge of giving up my holiday cottage business as bookings were not covering costs, I found Emma and White Feather Management. I am an elderly Absent Owner, unable now to visit regularly. We operate two businesses from this location and it is no overstatement to say that we could not function without Emma and her team. They provide all the services you would expect from a top notch management company but they go so much further. Little details and positive strategic suggestions for getting these properties functioning to their full potential, are delivered proactively and without us even asking. At Christmas, they decorated our cottage and put up a Christmas tree which charmed everyone. When we are away they keep a watchful eye. If I have forgotten that the cottage bedsheets need changing or an item is broken, they fix it on the spot. There is an enthusiasm and creativity in the service they deliver which makes them a joy to deal with on a day to day basis.
